Customer reported that log in to open drive, says “Need admin approval” and then asks customer to sign in with the admin account. |

McMaster does not allow the use of GoodNotes with McMaster 365 Accounts. |
Solution: |

Customer cannot use GoodNotes with their McMaster 365 Account. McMaster does not allow use of GoodNotes with our 365 Accounts. It was been deemed too intrusive for approval. You must have the files stored locally and then you can upload them to OneDrive, or you can set OneDrive to sync with a local folder using the official OneDrive desktop application. " |
