Update display name on email and M365 apps

For Students:

Official and preferred name changes for students must be completed through the processes outlined by the Registrar's Office here:

For Employees:

For employees, please contact HR https://hr.mcmaster.ca/about-us/our-people/ to update your preferred name at 905-525-9140 x 22247 or by email at hr.mcmaster@mcmaster.ca

Once complete, we can then update your display name for your email and Microsoft 365 account (including Teams).

 If your name is appearing correctly on Mosaic, please contact us.
