Forgot MacID Password

Did you forget your MacID password?

If you forgot your MacID password, please go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ 

You will be prompted for your email and to complete a captcha. Choose your McMaster account or enter YourMacID@mcmaster.ca. Then follow the onscreen prompts to create a new password.

If you do not have a McMaster email account, please reset your password by following the below instructions. 

If you have forgotten your MacID password, you can reset it by going to https://maciam.mcmaster.ca

Enter your MacID

Click on Forgot Password.
Input the answers to your authentication questions
When correctly answered, enter your new password twice
Click on Submit
