Where to go to change your MacID password if it has expired or if you just want to change it to something different.

Step By Step Guide: 

1. Log into MacIAM  https://maciam.mcmaster.ca

2. If the current password is expired, you will be prompted to change it immediately when you log in.

3. If the password is not expired but you want to change it, after logging into MacIAM click on "Manage Passwords."  On the far right, click on the "Change" button.  


You can also update your MacID password through Office 365. 

1. Sign into to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ with your MacID@mcmaster.ca
2. Select "Change Password" 
3. Follow the onscreen prompts to create a new password
