Mosaic Training Summary Dates are not updating.

Customer has renewed/newly completed updated regulatory training however the correct dates are not reflected in their training summary in Mosaic.

There is information on the Human Resources page https://hr.mcmaster.ca/employees/health_safety_well-being/our-safety/health-and-safety-training/ under Proof of Training. 

Have the customer follow this navigation in Mosaic and advise if they can see the correct dates:   Navigator (compass icon on the upper right) > NavBar > Human Resources > Self Service > Learning & Development > Session Time and Status
