Health and Safety Training Summary Dates are not updating in Mosaic

The training summary in Mosaic does not display the correct dates for recently renewed or newly completed health and safety training.

1. Proof of Training Information:

   • Visit the Human Resources page: Health and Safety Training.

2. Navigation in Mosaic:

   • Follow this path to check the correct dates:
     • Click on the Navigator (compass icon on the upper right).
     • Go to NavBar > Human Resources > Self Service > Learning & Development > Session Time and Status.
