You can try running a repair on your office products:
This process may take 5-10 minutes and it will ask you to close your office apps (outlook, teams, word, etc.). Once it has completed, you will see a message that the repair has been completed. A reboot of your computer will be necessary. Please be sure to restart your computer. Once restarted, please try opening and using your office products again and let us know if you still experience the same issues. If this does not work, you can try uninstalling office and reinstalling from portal.office.com.
