About: 

'Bookings with me' in Outlook (currently in Outlook Web only) facilitates scheduling meetings between you and one other person according to your availability and your specified meeting preferences. This app saves the back-and-forth mailing to decide on a time by allowing others to select a time from your available schedule.

Features:

  1. Bookings with Me is only available on Outlook on the Web 
  2. Bookings with me is only for 1:1 meetings
  3. Bookings with me is linked to your MacID@mcmaster.ca Outlook account (not role-based account).
  4. Bookings with me is linked to your personal Outlook calendar
  5. You can create multiple Bookings with me links
  6. You can set booking link as public (Anyone can view this schedule by accessing your Bookings with me page)
  7. You can set the booking link as private (Only people with a link to this schedule can view this Bookings with me schedule)
