Please note: Are you trying to set an email autoreply on your account using the Outlook web app? Out of office replies only get sent out once per recipient. Once a recipient has gotten 1 response it is not sent again. An easy way to tell is to go to teams and see if there is a notification on the person saying that they are sending out of office notifications.
