Please note that upon graduation, access to your email account is discontinued (McMaster Alumni Community - McMaster Email Options).

This is why you may find that you no longer have access to your email after graduation.

However, if you have graduated and you’re returning as a student, an update to your student account status may be required. 

To request this status update, kindly reach out to our service desk via chat or ticket.
