Active students are eligible for a McMaster student email account.

Solution:

  • If you are an applicant or new student, your email account will be created automatically after you have enrolled in classes and shortly before your first term or class begins. 
  • You will receive a notification in your personal email when your McMaster email has been created.
  • Some McMaster logins, however, will use your MacID@mcmaster.ca and MacID password before your email account is created.
