Issue: 

The training summary in Mosaic does not display the correct dates for a customer’s recently renewed or newly completed regulatory training.

Solution:

  2. Navigation in Mosaic:

    • Follow this path to check the correct dates:
      • Click on the Navigator (compass icon on the upper right).
      • Go to NavBar > Human Resources > Self Service > Learning & Development > Session Time and Status.

  3. Further Assistance:
