Logging into Mosaic

Can't login into Mosaic: mosaic.mcmaster.ca

Please note the following are the few reasons that not let you login to Mosaic:

• If you have recently activated your MacID account, you will need to wait 24 hours prior to accessing Mosaic.
• If you are entering your email address (MacID@mcmaster.ca) as the login, you will not be able to login. Please enter only your MacID instead of the full email address and try logging in.
• MacID password is too long (character password limit in Mosaic is 32)
• Browser caching issue: Follow the instructions to Clear the cache in web browsers
• Mosaic undergoes maintenance every Thursday night from 6-10, and users cannot login during those hours. 

• Request additional access to Mosaic Campus Solutions or Mosaic HR as an employee 
• Trouble Accessing Mosaic (Oracle PeopleSoft) for Job Referral Confirmation
• Blocked Frame Error in Mosaic
