Logging into Mosaic

Can't login into Mosaic: mosaic.mcmaster.ca

Description:

Please note the following are the few reasons that not let you login to Mosaic:

If you are entering your email address as the login, you will not be able to login. Please enter your MacID instead of email address and try logging in.
MacID password is too long (character password limit in Mosaic is 32)
Browser caching issue: Clear the cache in web browsers - Client Services Self Help Portal - Confluence (mcmaster.ca)
Mosaic undergoes maintenance every Thursday night from 6-10, and users cannot login during those hours.
