Symptoms/Issue:

In Mosaic, customer is receiving a pop-up error message similar to this:

Environment:

Using Chrome when accessing Mosaic.

Triage Steps to be taken: 

 Ask which browser they are using. 

" Hello Customer:
      Which browser are you using? "

Solution: 

  • Use a different browser other than Chrome such as Firefox, Safari or Edge

Customer, there is an alert posted on the Mosaic log in page regarding issues accessing Mosaic functions when using Chrome.  If you are experiencing this issue, you will need to use a different browser such as Firefox, Safari or Edge.   UTS is aware of this issue and updates will be posted under the Alerts section on the Mosaic log in page.
