To enable the auto-update Zoom app feature you will have to un-install and re-install the Zoom app:

Please follow the following these steps and links.

To un-install and re-install use the link: Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application
To download the Zoom app, use the link: https://mcmaster.zoom.us/download
Install Install the app and choose 64-bit and choose [x] for Zoom auto-update feature. . When its completed, sign into zoom using SSO and click the settings icon at the top right, under General make sure that auto update is enabled.

All future updates will be promoted to you because you have the auto-update zoom app option enabled.
