Description:
Are you not able to update your Zoom app that you already installed in your computer?

Cause:
This is likely because you do not have the auto-update Zoom feature enabled on your app.

Solution:

To enable the auto-update Zoom app feature you will have to un-install and re-install the Zoom app:

To un-install and re-install use the link: Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application
To download the Zoom app, use the link: https://mcmaster.zoom.us/download
Install the app and choose 64-bit. When its completed, sign into zoom using SSO and click the settings icon at the top right, under General make sure that auto update is enabled.

Additional Info:
All future updates will be promoted to you because you have the auto-update zoom app option enabled. Here is an example of the update prompt that appears whenever an update is required as a result of auto-update option:
