Can't login into Mosaic: mosaic.mcmaster.ca

Please note the The following are the a few reasons that not let you why you may not be able login to Mosaic:

• You will not be able to log into Mosaic on the same day that you activate your MacID.  If you just activated your MacID, please wait until the following day to log into Mosaic.
• If you are are entering your email address (MacID@mcmaster.ca) as the login, you will not be able to login. Please enter only your MacID instead of the full email address and try logging in.as your login. 
• MacID password is too long (character password limit in Mosaic is 32)Browser caching issue: Clear the cache in web browsers - Client Services Self Help Portal - Confluence (mcmaster.ca)incorrect.  Check if you are able to log into anything else that uses your MacID password.
• Mosaic undergoes maintenance every Thursday night from 6-10, and users cannot login during those hours. 6pm to 10pm, with the possibility of closures of sub-systems during this time.  
  
• Browser caching issue: Follow the instructions to Clear the cache in web browsers
