If you forgot your MacID password, please refer to the information on the following page on how to reset itgo to: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ 

You will be prompted for your email and to complete a captcha. Choose your McMaster account or enter YourMacID@mcmaster.ca. Then follow the onscreen prompts to create a new password.

1. Enter your MacID
2. Click on Forgot Password.
3. Input the answers to your authentication questions
4. When correctly answered, enter your new password twice
5. Click on Submit
