Role-based accounts are not entitled to Zoom accounts.

However, users you are able to use Outlook to schedule meetings with their your own McMaster email Zoom accounts' account and sending send the invitation through the role-based account's email. 

Solution:

To send Zoom meetings through role-based accounts, users you will need to ensure that they you are:

  • Logged Log into both their your personal emails McMaster email and the McMaster role-based account on Outlook
  • Logged in on Log into the Zoom account via the Outlook plugin using their your own personal McMaster Zoom account
  • Scheduling Schedule the meeting through the McMaster role-based accounts' calendar.
