Scheduling Zoom meeting for a Role based account

About:
Users may want to schedule meetings using role-based accounts to enhance flexibility and productivity for the member of the team that are using the role-based account. Role-based accounts enhance collaboration and streamline meeting management ensuring only authorized personnel can schedule and modify meetings

Description:
Role-based accounts are not entitled to Zoom accounts. However, users are able to use Outlook to schedule meetings with their own Zoom accounts' and sending the invitation through the role-based account's email.

Solution:
To send Zoom meetings through role-based accounts, users will need to ensure that they are: Logged into both their personal emails and the role-based account on Outlook Logged in on the Zoom account via the Outlook plugin using their own Zoom account Scheduling the meeting through the role-based accounts' calendar.
