Can't login into Mosaic: mosaic.mcmaster.ca

Please note the following are the few reasons that not let you login to Mosaic:

• If you are entering your email address as the login, you will not be able to login. Please enter your MacID instead of email address and try logging in.
• MacID password is too long (character password limit in Mosaic is 32)
• Browser caching issue: Clear the cache in web browsers - Client Services Self Help Portal - Confluence (mcmaster.ca)
• Mosaic undergoes maintenance every Thursday night from 6-10, and users cannot login during those hours.
