University Technology Services (UTS) has the capability to assist with a complete reset of your MacID login credentials, including your password. However, if you currently have access to other components of your account, such as Outlook, Teams, Mosaic, etc., we will not recommend proceeding with a full reset at this time. You can verify your MAC ID and password using this: https://maciam.mcmaster.ca If you are unable to log into OSCARplus, here are some things you can check: make sure you are entering your McMaster email address as the login and not just your MacIDdoes your MacID password work to log into any other systems such as Mosaic or Avenue to Learn?try using a private/incognito window in your browser to log into OSCARplus.
