Process for submitting tickets for phone repairs

Solution:

Phone repair issues are to be submitted through a ticket in JIRA ServiceDesk to the Voice Communications Team.

The following information is required in the ticket:

  • The affected phone extension
  • The room number where the phone is located
  • The building where the phone is located
  • The issue with the phone


Please note:

UTS only looks after phone extensions that start with a "2" .

Phone extensions that start with a "7" or a "4" are handled by Health Sciences telecom.
