Phone repair issues are to be submitted through a ticket in JIRA ServiceDesk to the Voice Communications Team. The following information is required in the ticket:
Please note: UTS only looks after phone extensions that start with a "2" . Phone extensions that start with a "7" or a "4" are handled by Health Sciences telecom. |
