About:

Problems installing VPN client on a Mac. After clicking Download, receiving message:


"AnyConnect.pkg can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers."


Solution:

1. In the Finder on your Mac locate the AnyConnect app
2. Hold down Control key, click on the AnyConnect icon and choose Open
3. Click on Open button
