Email sender receives message saying addressee is over quota or mailbox is full

About:
Sender receives a bounce-back stating that the receiver's mailbox is full/over quota.

Solution:
The cause will probably be because the Receiver/Recipient inbox is over the storage limit. The sender must contact the addressee in another way to inform them that their mailbox is full.
