IAM - Invocation Error

This article addresses the Invocation Error encountered in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system.

Description: 

If you encounter an error while creating a password, it may be due to not meeting the required password complexity requirements. 

Solution: 

Password Requirements

Follow the guidelines below to ensure your password meets the necessary criteria:

  • Minimum Length: Password must be at least 8 characters long.
  • Character Groups: Your password must include characters from at least three of the following four groups:
    • Uppercase Letters: A-Z
    • Lowercase Letters: a-z
    • Numerals: 0-9
    • Special Characters:  !@#$%() -+= _|\ [] {},.:;*
    •  Do not use any of your last 5 passwords
    • Password cannot contain your account name or parts of your full name.
