Symptoms/Issue: Reported by customer /user.

Customer cannot access Google drive/documents sent to them via their McMaster email address but other individuals in their department are able to access without issue.

Environment:

Solution: Explain the recommended solution or workaround for the issue.

UTS does not provide support for Google Drive.  You can provide the following information to the customer:



'' Please note that UTS does not provide any support for Google drive/documents as McMaster does not have a Google subscription. You may need to work through the issue with the individual sending and sharing the documents with you.   Alternatively, Google does provide support for their services. ''



If others in their department are able to access the information, you can have them contact their local IT support to see if they would be able to provide further assistance.
