Google Drive

Are you unable to access Google drive/documents sent to you via their McMaster email address but other individuals in the department are able to access without issue?

Please note that UTS does not provide any support for Google drive/documents as McMaster does not have a Google subscription. You may need to work through the issue with the individual sending and sharing the documents with you.  

Alternatively, Google does provide support for their services. 

If others in the department are able to access the information, please contact your local IT support to see if they would be able to provide further assistance.
