Issue: 

Weak, spotty access or inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity in Residence.

Triage Steps to be taken: 

If you have the access to Rez-Net but the connection is weak or spotty, here are few tips for you:

  • Go to the common area in the residence or on another floor of the residence to see if you are able to connect.
  • Come to the Service Desk in BSB 245 and try connecting (we have RezNet Wi-Fi)
  • If you are finding that the connection is sometimes slow, remember that it is a shared connection.  There are other people in residence who are connecting to that wireless access point, it might get better in sometime.
