About: 

The Online Archive is like a special storage space in your Outlook email where you can move older emails.

From October 15th, 2024, all McMaster Outlook users will have access to their own Online Archive Mailbox. 

Description: 

Please note:

You are responsible for moving your old emails to the archive. This additional email storage space will not automatically transfer any emails.

Your current emails will remain in your main mailbox folders until you manually move them to the Online Archive.
