To download the Zoom plugin, please do the following:

• Navigate to: Zoom download 
• Scroll down to the "Other download options" and click on the Download button for the "Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook" 
• Follow the wizard until the plugin in installed
• Restart Outlook. The plugin should be in the Meeting scheduling options.
