Symptoms/Issue: 

User is/has logged into LinkedIn Learning successfully with their MacID.  They receive a notification that "your account is updated" but cannot access locked content of the course they need to access.

Environment:


LinkedIn Learning

 Cause: 

User is already logged into their personal LinkedIn account before they clicked the LinkedIn Learning link.

Solution: 

They need to sign out from their personal LinkedIn account first.
