Users can contact CSU using the Get Help button on their web page to submit a ticket: https://csu.healthsci.mcmaster.ca/ If there is a ticket, use the canned answer CSU Transfer as we can no longer move tickets over to CSU. The customer will need to re-create a ticket in the FHS Support portal. |
