About: 

Service Desk receives a request from a graduated student (Alumni) that wants to change their email forwarding address.



Solution:

They must change the email forwarding through the Alumni Portal.  Instructions and information can be found on the Alumni Association's webpage:  https://alumni.mcmaster.ca/s/1439/22/alumni/interior.aspx?sid=1439&gid=1&pgid=4454
