Description: 

User is having problems confirming the referral for a job applicant through the link provided in the email.

 Cause: 

Usually when people get the error page in Mosaic, it is due to a caching issue and clearing the cache works for them. 

Please note

The error occurs when a customer login to the career's portal from Mosaic


Triage Steps to be taken: 

  • Check if the person has an HR profile

Solution: 

Send the following to the customer:
 

Please try clicking on the link in the email and then log into Mosaic by entering your MAC ID all in UPPERCASE

If that doesn't work, please follow this navigation in Mosaic:

  • Navigator
  • Human Resources
  • Self service
  • Recruiting
  • Select the desired referral to Confirm
