Symptoms/Issue: 

Student is asking about Print smart or has issues printing.

Environment:


Printsmart

Solution: 

If a student calls and has issues printing in the Libraries, please check their Mac ID to ensure that it is not locked out or expired.  If the Mac ID is okay, please direct them to the printsmart website: https://library.mcmaster.ca/services/printing

NOTE: Do not forward students to contact Printsmart support in any other way aside from the support form on the Printsmart website. This only applies to students and not McMaster staff
