Chromebook cannot connect to Respondus: Cannot move past the "start quiz" page

User cannot move past the "Start quiz" page.

Check to see that that the Chrome O/S and browser is up to date. Clear Chrome Browser cache (https://mcmasteru365.sharepoint.com/sites/CSKB/SitePages/Desktop-Computing.aspx#how-to-clear-the-cache-in-web-browsers)

You need to allow pop-ups on the Chromebook to be able to move past the start quiz page in respondus. To do this,

Go to "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" > "Site Settings" > "Pop ups and redirects" (Alternatively, you can copy this location(chrome://settings/content/popups) into the URL window of the chrome browser)
Select the radio button "Sites can send pop-ups and redirects"
Click the Add button under the "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects" header, and add https://avenue.mcmaster.ca/
