 Are you unable to login to the outlook app on Samsung phones/devices and receive the following error message or similar?


Solution:

Here is the step-by-step guide:

  1. Try logging into the outlook web application to see if you are able to login without issue
  2. Uninstall the outlook app 
  3. Go to settings

  4. Passwords & accounts

  5. Find your McMaster email

  6. Select and remove it

  7. Restart your phone/device
  8. Re-install outlook
  9. Attempt to sign in once more

Additional Info:

If you are still unable to login after and are receiving the same error message, please ensure that all save accounts using the McMaster login are removed under settings.
