If they don't have VPN installed and they are off-campus, they can install the VPN from this page: If they are connected to the VPN but still can’t log into TimeTrack, or if they are logged into Timetrack but are having issues, they will need to contact dsbhelp@mcmaster.ca for further assistance as DSB manages Timetrack. For JSD tickets, use canned answer: Timetrack |
