Issue:

Employee is not able to access or is having issues with the TMS or Timetrack website which is managed by the Degroote School of Business (DSB)

Triage steps to be taken:

  • Is their MacID working to access other systems such as Mosaic or MacIAM?
  • If they are off-campus, they need to be connected to the VPN

Solution: 

If they don't have VPN installed and they are off-campus, they can install the VPN from this page: 

If they are connected to the VPN but still can’t log into TimeTrack, or if they are logged into Timetrack but are having issues, they will need to contact dsbhelp@mcmaster.ca for further assistance as DSB manages Timetrack.
