Symptoms/Issue: 

Employees having issues with network Xerox printers.


Environment:


Printsmart

Triage Steps to be taken: 

  • ask them if it is a Xerox office printer.  If it is then it is managed by Printsmart
  • there should be a sticker on the front of the printer that has Printsmart's contact information to place a service call - 22111 
  • do they need to order paper or toner?
