Issue: 

Are you a student and having issues printing using the Print smart?

Solution: 

If you are having issues printing in the libraries, please check the Mac ID to ensure that it is not locked out or expired. 

If the Mac ID is working fine, please use the Printsmart website: https://library.mcmaster.ca/services/printing for more information. 

Note: This only applies to students and not McMaster staff.
