About: 

Are you an employee and receiving an email from Mosaic (Oracle PeopleSoft) to confirm a referral for a job applicant but cannot access the site to confirm it?

Description: 

  Even though you’ve correctly input your User ID and password, an error message pops up indicating that the User ID and/or password is incorrect.

Solution: 

If you are having issues accessing the employee referral, please try the following:

1).  Click on the link in the email and then try logging into Mosaic by entering your MAC ID in UPPERCASE  or

2).   Follow this navigation in Mosaic:

  • Navigator (Compass icon on the top right) > Human Resources > Self-Service > Recruiting
  • Then select the desired referral to Confirm
