As the issue seems to persist for certain systems and/or users, the following steps can be made to resolve the problem. Recommend caution Control panel > System and security > System > Advanced system settings (in upper-left side) > Advanced tab > Settings in Performance box > Visual effects: Here disable Animate controls and elements inside windows (disabled all three check boxes with the word Animate). |
