Description: 

An employee receives an email from Mosaic (Oracle PeopleSoft) to confirm a referral for a job applicant but they cannot access the site to confirm it.   Anytime they try to enter their User ID and password they receive an error message stating that the User ID and/or password is invalid.

 Cause: 


Triage Steps to be taken: 


Solution: 

Send the following to the customer:

Hello,

If you are having issues accessing the employee referral, please try the following:

1).  Click on the link in the email and then try logging into Mosaic by entering your MAC ID in UPPERCASE  or

2).   Follow this navigation in Mosaic:

  • Navigator (Compass icon on the top right) > Human Resources > Self-Service > Recruiting
  • Then select the desired referral to Confirm
