Description: 

Room Finder is not available in Outlook

Step By Step Guide: 

  1. In Outlook go to File, Options, Addins and confirm that the exchange addin is enabled.

  2. Click Add-Ins

  3. Click Microsoft Exchange Add-in

  4. Click Go

  5. Check off Microsoft Exchange Add-in

  6. Click OK

  7. Finally click New Meeting and Room Finder appears
