About:

Person of Interest/Role Based Accounts - UTS (mcmaster.ca)

Solution:

To extend the expiry date on the account for one year, please do the following: 

  1. Log into the [Role-based tool ](https://apps.mcmaster.ca/role-based) using your personal MAC ID.
  2. Click the Actions button to the right of the account name.
  3. Click Extend Expiry Date. 
  4. Enter the new date
