Customer reported an error: “Isit possible to reset my login account with syllabus and I try again?”
Error reported by customer when tried to login to Simple Syllabus:

Possible triage: "Customer, are you having trouble logging into simple syllabus? Are you having issues logging into other places with your MacID and password?If customer replies: “No. Only with Simple Syllabus.”Let the customer know: "Unfortunately this is not software that UTS supports directly. I do not have the option available to me to reset the login for simple syllabus.

I would also suggest reaching out to the Avenue to Learn support team as well - as they might have more information for you in regard to setting up your course. Additionally: UTS can assist with resetting your entire MacID login and password - but I would not advise this at this time if you still had access to other parts of your account - such as outlook, teams, Mosaic etc "
