UTS Support: 

At UTS we do not have the option available to reset the login for Simple Syllabus, UTS does not provide support for Simple Syllabus.

University Technology Services (UTS) has the capability to assist with a complete reset of your MacID login credentials, including your password. However, if you currently have access to other components of your account, such as Outlook, Teams, Mosaic, etc., we will not recommend proceeding with a full reset at this time.

You can try contacting the support contact for Simple Syllabus. Please email course@mcmaster.ca for course outline portal specific questions. 

We also suggest reaching out to the Avenue to Learn support team as well as they might have more information for you in regards to setting up your course. For the quickest response, please go to the A2L support intake form located at http://avenue.mcmaster.ca/support/
