To send Zoom meetings through role-based accounts, you will need to ensure that you are:

• Logged Log into both your personal McMaster email and the McMaster role-based account on Outlook
• Logged in on Log into the Zoom account via the Outlook plugin using your own personal McMaster Zoom account
• Scheduling Schedule the meeting through the McMaster role-based accounts' calendar.

If you are unable to schedule Zoom meetings through the Outlook App, you will need to download the Zoom plugin for Outlook:
